Review: Nasty People (Paperback)

This is a positively wonderful book for those who feel bullied by family friends or coworkers. If people make you feel funky this could be the book to help you see through the fog Fog Obligation Guilt that is often spread by unhappy people. I highly recommend this easy short read. Read full review

Useful to me because I have experienced too much from “invalidators” as the book calls them. I need to learn to handle them better and better, and this small book is one small step toward those ends.
