About the author (2005)

Judith Phillips is a landscape designer, horticulturist, and writer. She has designed more than 600 residential landscapes in central New Mexico. Phillips is the author of Southwestern Landscaping with Native Plants, Natural by Design , and Plants for Natural Gardens . She is a contributor to publications for the Brooklyn Botanical Garden.
