Lawrence J. Cheskin, M.D., is an associate professor at Johns Hopkins University, director of the Johns Hopkins Weight Management Center, and the author of Losing Weight for Good: Developing Your Personal Plan of Action (Johns Hopkins Press). He lives in Ellicott City, Maryland.
