This is one of those books that a person is always sort of currently reading. I get scared by how bad certain things are (nuts, storing things in plastic, etc) and then excited by how good certain things are (butter, milk, game). It's a rollercoaster ride! Read full review

This book gives you the nuts and bolts about various food and how they should be incorporated. The one amazing thing I learned was that some maple syrup has formaldehyde in it who knew! This is a book that every home should have. Read full review
