I went from 125kilos to 64.7 kilos in three months doing this workout 6 days a week, upper one day lower the next...I can't recommend this programme high enough..That was when I was 32,over the past 20 years Since then,have lost my routine and became lazy.I still have this book but I'm looking to buy it again to get the wall chart out of it..I now weigh 140k from bad eating but I know I can lose it and shape up firmly doing Joyce Vedrels routines.I know I have a mountain to climb losing weight now but I know the outcome doing this workout will bring..
