Antoinette Harrell is the producer and host of an Educational Television Program entitled...."Nurturing Our Roots". She is the author of "You Are My Shadow" Gone But Not Forgotten - The Harrell Genealogical Identity. Antoinette Harrell was appointed Honorary Assistant Attorney General for the state of Louisiana in 2003 for her work in the study of Genealogy. Antoinette Harrell also co-founded a genealogy camp for children in the city of New Orleans, Louisiana. The camp and campers received national and international attention for their outstanding family research. The camper received Recognition Awards from Louisiana Senator Mary Landrieu. She is the producer and host of her own blog radio talk entitled....Nurturing Our Roots. Her work in the study of genealogy has been recognized by Peoples Magazine and many other media publications, both national and international.
