Emanuel Rosen, for nine years, was Vice President of Marketing for Niles Software, the makers of EndNote, before - like scores of other Silicon Valley success stories - selling the company & retiring on the proceeds. He has spent the last two years researching & writing "The Anatomy of Buzz: How to Create Word of Mouth Marketing." He lives in Menlo Park, California.
