I purchased this as a gift for my son. I personally thought the book lacked a bit of personality. There could have been more color pages. The reading was quite boring. It just did not have any appeal to me as a woman. I would not have bought it if I had seen it in person. Read full review

About the author (2008)

Price has been publisher of KNIFE WORLD, a monthly publication featuring aticles of interest to cutlery collectors, since 1979. He is a lifetime member and former director of the National Knife Collectors Association and an honorary member of the Knifemakers' Guild, American Bladesmith Society, and numerous regional collecting clubs. He has been the recipient of many awards in recognition of his contributions to knife collecting hobby. In 1994 he joined other cutlery notables as an inductee into the International Cutlery Hall of Fame and in 1997 he was inducted into the American Bladesmith Society's Hall of Fame.
