This book is written by Thomas Houff and is a timeline of the history of cycling in Richmond, Virginia, going back to the 1800's. If you like history and/or bicycling, and would like to know about the past, present and future of cycling in Richmond, you will love this book...especially as Richmond prepares for the National Championships in 2015.
The book is available in most every bike store in Richmond, in museum gift shops, including Lewis Ginter garden shop and Valentine Museum and it is available in some local shops, like Chop Suey in Carytown. Tom also has a facebook page (On Richmond's Wheel) if you would like to ask him questions.
