About the author (1992)

Sonya Friedman, Ph.D., is the author of five previous books, including the "New York Times bestsellers "Men Are just Desserts and "Smart Cookies Don't Crumble. The Cable Ace Award-winning host of "Sonya Live" on "CNN, Friedman has written for "The Detroit Free Press, Ladies Home Journal, and "Town & Country.
