Opine Needles: A Blogger's Journey Through the Obama Presidency
Author Jim Pierce's blog, Opine Needles, was born out of a deep frustration with all things political (think 9/11, the never-ending war, the housing bubble and collapse, and Barney Frank's free pass in its aftermath, just to name a few) in the years leading up to and including Obama's election as president. The end result of his ongoing angst was that by January 2010, his pen could wait no longer.
All Opine Needles entries posted from January 2010 through November 2011 can be found within, and they provide a chronological roadmap, detailing the first half of the Obama years in the Oval Office. Pierce dares you to read his book and not be mad enough to vote Republican in 2012.
