Louis Dutens is the editor of the first edition of the complete works by Leibniz. His work contains many references to the Historia critica philosophiae of Jacob Brucker, the massive history of philosophy that was one of the major sources of the philosophy references in Diderot's Encyclopaedie. Brucker's life and summary of Leibniz's philosophy was printed with this Opera Omnia of Leibniz's work.
