About the author (2001)

Siegel received her undergraduate degree in biology and education from The City College of the City University of New York. She currently serves on the board of San Francisco PFLAG and edits their monthly newsletter.

Lamkin was educated at Stephens College in Columbia, Missouri where she earned a B.F.A. in Theatre Arts. She is currently a retired professional actress who still pays her Actor's Equity dues religiously in the misguided hope that some day she will be "discovered.
