About the author (2000)

GUNTER MEISSNER, PhD, is President of Derivatives Software (www.dersoft.com) and Professor of Finance at Hawaii Pacific University. Meissner previously spent six years operating derivatives desks for Deutsche Bank in New York, Frankfurt, and Tokyo. He wrote Trading Financial Derivatives and has published numerous articles in international journals.

RANDALL FOLSOM, CPA, received his BS in Computer Science from the University of Maryland and his MBA from Hawaii Pacific University. An expert in information systems, Folsom is currently working as a systems analyst for Applied Materials, Inc.
