About the author (1992)

LYUBOMIR NIKOLOV was born in 1954 in Kiryaevo, a small village in northwestern Bulgaria. He has worked as an editor and translator, and has published two collections of poetry in Sofia: Called By the Tide (1981) and Traveller (1987). Currently, he is living in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, with his wife and son.
