Exploring past lives can be helpful in resolving a current issue that seems to be repeating itself throughout your life; or, is creating a block that keeps you from fulfilling your dreams and desires. When our soul considers a new incarnation, the accomplishments of other lifetimes are reviewed to determine if there is more to be learned. On a soul level, we strive to understand all aspects of a lesson, from the most challenging to the most positive. When a particular lesson is incomplete, your soul may choose another lifetime to complete that lesson.

If you have been considering past life work, these short stories of my own journey may provide insight for your choices.

About the author (2012)

Katherine Keilman has worked as a massage therapist since 2001. She also worked as a massage therapy instructor and taught other therapists her Meridian Massage technique for continuing education requirements. Early in her career, she started seeing the trapped emotions of traumatic events of this and other lifetimes while working with her clients. She attended workshops and studied with mentors who helped her understand what she was seeing and how to assist her clients in releasing the trapped emotions. Many times, this release occurred without the client having to remember the traumatic event. Katherine currently lives in Springfield, Missouri.
