This summarizes linguistic paradigms on languages and how language teachers gain and generate enlightenment the merits of rationalist traditionalist, structuralist, transformationalist and functionalist paradigms to enhance literacy as meaning communication from word to discorse levels. Language is a very primitive and generic human endowments, native or nonnative, from self at home to cross languages, cross disciplines and cross culture, and now at borderles levels and workfields. Teachers and especially language teachers need ethnographic competence to gain an understanding mind how language works, how teachers make values from their predecessors, and how to discerns the childrens language today, and how to value "the significant problems we face cannot be solved at the same level of thinking when we have created them. '(Albert Einstain). Language learning is an update and consensus gentium from any epoch, for homes wheresoever, for meaning, and world peace as our matters in one, and in the other an oldest learning as to an innate capacity or a blank in our acquisition. Learners of the universe would quest continuously whether the language competence we use innate, or learned, and how they shape our mind set, tacit knowledge and communicative competence, why yours is elaborate whereas mine restricted, is the problematic realm, as it is residues in our scientific endeavors and pilgrimate. So how learners will perceive and view the language we are using today is a temporary articulate of a given set of paradigms, or a term of its own. We are waiting iff ever a more exhaustive paradigm is. 'Paradigma Bahasa' is just an advent for the next pilgrim of the mistery of language where it is settled in our own self.
