About the author (1996)

Willa is a native of Buffalo, NY and has a passion for quilting and teaching. She began teaching quilting for community education and quilt guilds. During the early 1990s, Willa was invited to teach at National Quilt conferenc in Columbus, IN, Bellegrave Plantation, VI, and Paducah, KY. Willa Bee Studio was formed in 1991 as a vehicle to share her collection of authentic 1900 Penny Square Patterns.
