About the author (2009)

Jeff Helms was born at an early age in Charlotte, North Carolina. While attending Appalachian State University Jeff was bothered by the fact that although students were graduating from college, they had no plan or guidance for their lives. Jeff has worked with students on campus at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill for a few years before moving to Orlando, Florida to work in Campus Crusade for Christ International's World Headquarters. While in Florida Jeff pursued a Master's of Science degree in Psychology Counseling. Jeff's passion is to see people become physically and emotionally healthy.
