About the author (2000)

ChuckDeLaneyhas been a professional photographer for over 30 years. He started as an NYIPteacher in the 1970s, then director in 1998. As director of NYIP, supervisingthe creation of the School s courses, he s taught basic photography techniquesto more people than anyone else in the field. He s written hundreds of articlesabout all aspects of photography, and is the author of Photography Your Way: A Career Guide to Satisfaction and Success and Wedding Photography and Video: The Bride and Groom s Guide.
