Praxis spagyrica philosophica
This is a special, limited edition classic reprint for collectors of alchemical writings. It combines two unusual works: Praxis Spagyrica Philosophica, and From One to Ten.
Praxis Spagyrica Philosophica is an anonymous work, translated into English from the original German first published in Leipzig, 1711, with commentary by Frater Albertus. It gives "plain and honest directions" on how to make the Philosopher's Stone. Includes a facsimile of the German along with the English and Albertus' illuminating commentary.
From One to Ten is Albertus' treatise on the prime manifestation, origin, and extension of numbers in the physical plane. This is not a book on mathematics and its various systems, but a search for the causation of numbers. It describes the emergence of numbers and colors as related prime factors of physical phenomena. The laws involved and their manifestation are pictured in 11 color plates, making this an unusual contribution to any scientific and metaphysical library.
