Katie is a girl who goes to the princess academy and at wish class she wishes for a silver pony. There is a girl Perffecta who is so mean she stole Alices sisters wish. This book would be perfect for people who are interested in books that contain disasters, friends and magic. Read full review

About the author (2005)

Vivian French was best known in school for being extremely skinny and for talking a lot. At school she developed an attachment to words and later became an actor, then a storyteller, and finally a writer of children's books. She is the author of more than two hundred books. Ms. French lives in Edinburgh, Scotland, and has four grown daughters.

Sarah Gibb studied at Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design and the University of Brighton. Sarah has illustrated many books for children, including a retelling of the Grimm Brothers' Rapunzel. Sarah lives in England with her husband and two young children.
