Man, there are some awesome recipies in this book. I'm not just saying that just because my Spicy Beer-Brined Pork Loin is in there either. I don't know how many recipies were submitted but I'm honored to have mine selected to be printed with some of these outstanding recipes. I checked it out from the library and now I want my own copy, so I'm going to be buying one real soon if I don't get one from my wife for Christmas... Unless Angela wants to send me a copy...
