Originally published in 1890. PREFACE: In dealing with the subject of railway secrecy and its relation to Interstate Commerce legislation, it has seemed to me to be necessary to make frequent applications of the fundamental rule of equal industrial liberty. Whilst some repetion is thus employed, if this conduces to a better understanding of the subject I may hope it will be overlooked. This fascinating work is thoroughly recommended for inclusion on the bookshelf of all Railway enthusiasts. Many of the earliest books, particularly those dating back to the 1900's and before, are now extremely scarce and increasingly expensive. We are republishing these classic works in affordable, high quality, modern editions, using the original text and artwork.
