Tom Peters is a graduate of Cornell and Stanford Universities, and has worked as a senior White House drug abuse adviser and been a partner at McKinsey & Co. He is a Fellow of the International Academy of Management, the World Productivity Association, the International Customer Service Association, and the Society for Quality and Participation.
