ABOUT THE AUTHOR    Robert Webking, Ph.D., is professor of political science at the University of Texas at El Paso, where he has taught since 1978. As co-founder of UTEP’s Law School Preparation Institute, and through extensive activities with the Council on Legal Education Opportunity, he has worked to help students develop the sophisticated analytical skills that will serve them on the LSAT, in law school, and in their futures.
