Realistic Rock for Kids is a method written by drum legend Carmine Appice. Similar to his award-winning drum method Realistic Rock, this book shows kids how to play rock 'n' roll drums the quick and easy way. It contains the basics of note reading, holding the sticks, simple hand/foot coordination exercises, and more. All of the exercises presented are performed on the accompanying CDs, which include Carmine rockin' out to some great play-along songs with his band. You can hear how he puts it all together then play along with the special remixed "drumless" versions.
