Page 3 - Massachusetts, and shall report to the next general court not later than the second Wednesday in January, with such recommendations and with such drafts of legislation, if any, as it may deem expedient.
Page 3 - That the state board of health, the directors of the port of Boston, and the commissioner of public works of the city of Boston, acting as a joint board, shall investigate the practicability and advisability and estimate the cost of a method or methods of preventing the nuisance now existing in South bay, so-called, in Boston Harbor.
Page 3 - January and may expend for the purposes of this resolve a sum not exceeding one thousand dollars, which shall be paid from the treasury of the commonwealth on presentation of proper vouchers therefor.
