Seiichi Masuyama is Chief Researcher at the Center for Policy Research of the Nomura Research Institute.
Donna Vandenbrink is economist at the Center for Knowledge Exchange and Creation at Nomura Research Institute and formerly at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago.
Chia Siow Yue is Director of the Institute of Southeast Asian Studies in Singapore and was previously Associate Professor of Economics at the National University of Singapore.
