This book is a collection of thoughts and adventures be they real or imagined. The seven chapters examine different emotional arenas that we as humans experience during our journey here on earth. It is designed to connect with the reader, (including people who usually wouldn't consider reading poetry) strickly for the sake of experiencing the rush.

About the author (2006)

Roger Grismala while in his twenties had written several editorials on different subjects surrounding the situations of the common man. Since the late eighties he had begun a journal of writings from his observations and thoughts. He later decided to publish them as a collection in his first book "Rhythmical Compositions For The Poetically Challenged". He says that he takes on challenges for the energy that they installed in him and demanded from him. He feels that many people don't read poetry because of the bad press it gets. He says his poetry is more hardcore, Shakespeare with an attitude.
