About the author (2007)

Frederick Lipp is the author of several picture books, including The Caged Birds of Phnom Penh (Holiday House), a Notable Book for a Global Society (IRA). He is also founder and president of the Cambodian Arts and Scholarship Foundation. Fred lives in Whitefield, Maine.
