Peter Ellis is Senior Lecturer in Adult Nursing at Canterbury Christ Church University where he teaches leadership and management, research and other subjects at pre-registration, post-registration and post-graduate level. Prior to joining Canterbury, Peter was Senior Nurse - Renal Outpatient s and Research Projects Manager at King s College Hospital, London. He is author of four Learning Matters books: Understanding Research for Nursing Students (2nd edition), Evidence-based Practice in Nursing (2nd edition), Leadership, Management and Team Working in Nursing (co-authored with Shirley Bach) and Understanding Ethics for Nursing Students.
