Great book. Easy read. It is a wonderful starters guide to mindfulness meditation and practice. If you are looking for a serious book with emphasis on philosophical and/or theological roots, this is probably not for you. If you are looking for a lighthearted and quirky engineer's guide to mindfulness, this is your perfect starting point.
It includes a plan for you to examine aspects of your life and your thinking. And, it includes exercises you can do as part of your practice. Great starting point for secular practitioners.
Love the content of this book. There are so many useful strategies for improving your life and not just, 'this is what you should do' but more 'how to' detail that is really valuable and can get you started straight away. I would love to attend the course.
