By far one of the most inspirational books I have ever read., I have so enjoyed the uplifting positive mantras, koans, along with a chuckle or two with myself doing her visualization exercises. I have randomly opened up this book to whatever page I flip to starting my day with a "Om" or some breathing exercises just for the fun of it!
"know that this is a wonderful moment"
