Here he has studied the most intriguing dynamic of human motivation, Sex Appeal or what today is called Erotic Capital. Doing what he sees people do, working smarter by using their erotic capital, will ensure the good things in life come your way.

About the author (2012)

One of Australasia's most accomplished non-fiction writers on financial matters relating to business and investment. Geoff McDonnell was born in Ashburton, New Zealand in 1947. He attended St Bede's College and then began a career in Accountancy and Sales and Marketing. He began writing in 1981, his first books being of a technical nature reflecting his background in the Accountancy, Life Assurance, Wool Industry and Futures and Foreign Exchange Markets. He observed human ambitions during the great share market boom bust of the 1980s. Again in recent years has watched with interest the human side of things resulting from the subprime crisis of 2008 and its flow on effect around the globe. He learnt that one reason many prospered during both times was the cultivation and considered use of their latent sexual genes to empower themselves. Sexual Empowerment introduces the unmentionable into the whole human social spectrum and the realm of big business. Here he writes about the underlying instinct that really creates the drive in the attainment of wealth and power. A subject that has been misunderstood for generations now comes out in the open. He shows how society must shift from the philosophy of having an ambivalent attitude about sex, to a philosophy of embracing sex for the motivational powers it provides. In 1993 as a result of his non-fiction books, he decided to put his theory into practice and entered the field of Real Estate, a career he has embraced with great passion and which has provided the background and motivation to write this book. When not engaged in real estate activities, he gets involved with family, wife Margaret, son Julian and daughter, Charlotte, golf, playing bridge, writing and travelling. Books he has written include: The Self-Employed Persons Tax Manual The New Zealand Housing Finance Guide The Tax Slasher Investment And You In The 80s A Guide To Trading On The New Zealand Futures Markets. Investment And You In The 90s Housing Finance Made Simple The Wicked Way To Wealth Grow Your Own Fruit and Vegetable How to Buy and Sell the New Zealand House Boom Bust & Away Again and three editions of Sexual Empowerment . He has also written one novel, The Decadent and The Damned
