This book is based on helping parents with ideas on how to spend more family time at mealtime with their children, while learning about healthier snack choices. Children seems to always feel the need for something to eat right before mealtime. Most parents are concern that eating before a major meal such as dinner will ruin their appetite. There are also the children whom parents can not get them to eat their meals. This book gives some positive suggestions to help relieve their worries. Mealtime is a great time and can be fun time.

About the author (2011)

Evelyn, has worked with many families in the early childhood educational programs and their teaching staff for over thirteen years, teaching health and nutrition. She is a motivational speaker and discussed issues with families on childhood obesity as well has held many food demonstrations teaching parents on subjects such as "Picky Eaters and "Sugars By Other Names". She has served the community for over 25 years working and volunteering in different areas of social work. Evelyn graduated with a Bachelors degree at Strayer University in Business Administration Management/Human Resource Management and studying to complete her MBA.
