Interesting the only negative reviews I've seen are by an anonymous reviewers or professionals who don't want their "trade secrets" revealed. At any rate, usually those who are profane carry a grudge because someone proved their ignorance. The book is a pretty cheap way to get started on budgeting a new home construction and is written so anyone can understand it. It also has some good advice - a shame no one heeded that advice before the new home/real estate market collapsed. I would have to say, good job and thanks, Bill Null for trying to help others.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT buy this book!!!!! William Null has been a building contractor over twenty years alright, but an irreputable one at that. He is a dishonest, undependable, unstable black hearted piece of shit that no one should be seeking advice from on building or ANYTHING. Call around the St. Louis area and see how good he is. Fuck you Bill Null and your girlfriend J M Gore that you rode in on.

J. M. Gore is a licensed real estate broker. She owns and operates her own real estate agency and construction firm.

William Null has owned and operated his own development and construction company and has worked as a construction superintendent for major homebuilders in the St. Louis, Missouri, area for more than 20 years. He has managed the construction of more than 50 homes at a time and has an impeccable record for finishing homes on time and on budget.
