I have read some of Dr. Frederickson's shorter pieces on social equity and years ago heard him speak on the topic. He is always eloquent, and I've wished I could have his fluency with the topic. This book captures the broad meaning of social equity and presents it in a manner that lets readers understand its applications in daily use. While there are important "academic" presentations, it is the real-world examples that I found most interesting and useful. Buy it, read it, live it.
