To withstand what this man has endured, yet have the mentality and spirit to continually fight the system and never give in is remarkable!!

If you even have to question whether his method works, you have neither read the book, nor seen the size of the man or heard of his feats of strength. Excellent just about sums it up. If you have come this far, just buy it, you shall not be disappointed. Definitely not for the weak of mind.
