Each volume in this series contains autobiographical essays written especially for the series by about 20 authors and illustrators of children's books. Included in each essay are illustrations and a list of the particular author's books. Each volume in this series contains an index that lists all contributors in the entire series, personal names, titles of works and geographical names.
