About the author (2013)

K Lakshmana Sarma (1879-1965) is known the world over as the father of nature cure in India. His deep knowledge of Oriental philosophy, combined with his mastery of the Sanskrit language, enabled him to supply the missing links in the system of nature cure, as it was at that time prevalent, and thereby enrich it. Thus, he provided a firm and scientific basis for the principles and practices of nature cure.

S Swaminathan, a practising nature cure expert in New Delhi, is one of the foremost disciples of the Acharya.
