About the author (2008)

Salvatore Fischera, M.S., has been studying, practicing, and teaching the benefits of proper exercise and nutrition since 1987. He graduated from St. John's University in New York and received an M.S. in Exercise Physiology from Queens College, New York. In 1989 he founded FORZA FITNESS, a successful company that blends holistic philosophy wit cutting-edge scientific research.
