Five star.Only complaint is that it read as if the pages are sample even though I purchased.Please fix thanks in advance
This book was recommended to me by a physiotherapist when I was having hip trouble from running (pain started at the hip joint, went down the back of the left leg, behind the knee and down under the foot). She said it was a standard reference that she recommended to all her patients. After using the chapters on Core stretches and Restorative stretches for about a week I feel a lot stronger on my leg and I'm confident I'll be back running soon.
