I have had this paperback cookbook for 30 years, and it is my favorite. Everything I have made from it has come out delicious. There are a number of favorite recipes like cauliflower quiche, carrot cake, sesame poundcake and vegetable lasagna that I have made many many times over the years. Beides that, after all its use, it hasn't fallen apart yet! They don't print with this quality anymore.
