I'm trying to learn to surf and I'm reading this book as I'm going along.
There are hardly any books about surfing which teach you how to surf. Most books are more about surf culture, history or the
stars of international surfing.
This book is different. That's why I bought it. It explains how to surf.
I recommend it in addition to attending some lessons.
Sometimes it would help to have a more technical explanation and more detailed pictures and illustrations.
