Very cool, not just a form of martial arts, but a philosophy. The wisdom contained in this book really hasn't aged much, in that the simplicity of the words but the depth of the meaning has held up well. Read full review

Way ahead of his time! At the time there was no mixed martial arts and was thought by some schools to be sacrilege. He helped lay the ground work for modern MMA. I give the Gracie family their due respect but still feel Bruce Lee is the Godfather of mixed martial arts. Get this book if you are interested in MMA it is still very relevant.
