About the author (1987)

MO SMITH has been creating recipes ever since childhood. These were first tested on the public when she arranged cookery demonstrations in her 15-century Cotswold cottage. The publicity generated was such that she was soon writing for a magazine and broadcasting. Her philosophy has always been to promote fresh, seasonal ingredients and create healthy meals at speed.
