About the author (2003)

Jim Barrett is a chartered psychologist and consultant with many years` experience in advising organizations of all sizes on their selection procedures and assessment systems. He is the co-author of the international best-seller Test Your Own Aptitude, and also How to Pass Advanced Aptitude Tests and Career, Aptitude & Selection Tests, Aptitude Test Workbook and Aptitude, Personality & Motivation Tests (all Kogan Page).

Geoff Williams is a management consultant with a background in vocational guidance who also advises on completing psychometric tests
