This book is a MUST HAVE for every active board member of a Texas HOA. I have purchased 3 copies and made them available to our Board for reference. Written in a very easy to understand format, it addresses just about every issue the HOA may have to address. Don't even consider being without this guide!

No Texas Hoa Board Member should be without a copy of this book. I made my first purchase and was so pleased with the content, I purchased a second copy for our President.
