Tommy Europe is one of North America’s most sought-after personal trainers. His shows, The Last 10 Pounds Bootcamp and Bulging Brides, reach a million Canadians each week. Before becoming a personal trainer, Tommy was a two-time all-star in the CFL. He had an eleven-year football career, which also included winning a Grey Cup and a stint with the NFL’s New Orleans Saints. Tommy also has an active acting career, with both acting and stunt roles in numerous television shows and feature films such as Supernatural, V, Stargate and Scary Movie 4. Tommy lives in Vancouver.
